I am going to assume that you are using a new (or used FRM3). You need to setup WINKFP. Look at this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=24HEoSdj6X8
If you have it configured properly, just open WinKFP
Comfort Mode (F1)
>>Update ZUSB (F3)
>>>ECU Family (FRM3/FRMF3) and then hit "OK" (I can't remember if it will say FRMF3 but choose the FRM with the number 3)
>>>>Enter VIN (F4)
>>>>>Prog. ZB-Update (F3)
Go through the process and at the very end it will say "programming ok." When all is done turn off the car for 5 minutes and lock it. Then plug back into the car and run NCS Expert. Use SG_coderien to reset the module using the profile that doesn't allow manipulation. Code the FRM3. Change to the profile that allows manipulation, and change the FA date to 1011 (October 2011). Code the FRM3 again. The scripts are smart enough to know that a car with FA date of 1011 had LED rings, and will code the FRM3 appropriately
