I took some time to really try to narrow down what is happing with the transmission. It already slips in 2nd or 3rd. Unfortunately the dealer cant "replicate" this(but now I can do it when I want to). Now what is happing is that in 5 gear only. Just cruising along, maybe 35mph, it seems to almost shift into forth(with a split second slowing down of the vehicle) but then goes back to 5th. Like giving the feeling that the front brakes are being very quickly applied and let go. Only in 5th gear. Turning off the DSC has no effect. Just trying to wrap my head around the problems so that I can explain them to the service manager. Just dont want to be brushed off by them again without logically nailing this down.
