I agree on the above. I've never been terribly impressed with the Nevada leather in the X5 BUT I'd rather have ventilated comfort seats. It depends on where you live but as I reside in CA there are plenty of times that the ventilation feature would come in handy. I believe it would be enough to outweigh the rougher feel. If you are keeping this car long-term (vs a 4-year lease etc) then I would also give a nod to the most durable leather
