Cargo liner for 2008 X5 (3rd seat folded vs. no 3rd row)

Is the 2008 X5 cargo liner's size and shape the same for X5 with the 3rd row folded down versus the X5 with no 3rd row seats? Is it a perfect fit for both scenarios?

How much?

I have 2008 X5 3.0si.

I also sent a PM to you (Morristown BMW) yesterday.

Thanks.

BMW offers two types. One for cars with third row and one for cars with out. They are a perfect fit bolth ways. The one for cars with third row is $45 and with out third row is $55.

I have a 2008 X5 with 3rd row seats. I bought the All Weather Cargo Liners in black w/o 3rd row seats [82110417985] from Morristown.

Refer to the picture below for the looks. It is a perfect fit.

When I first put them in, I thought that it wasn't a perfect fit because of the positions of the think lip/edges. If you look at the picture the left side is still not entirely smooth as the right side is (yet). I attribute the unevenness to leaving the mat in the folded position in the box that it was shipped in too long (I didn't install them or take out the mat to let it re-conform into it's proper shape until much later). But after some time, the lip/edges do return to their original intended shape and they look like a perfect fit afterall.

This cargo liner a lot thinner than I expected, but it doesn't matter because when it's laid down it serves it purpose very well. Also it makes taking it in and out a breeze. Furthermore, it has a nice rubbery non-slip feel to it (though that also leads to it looking dirty faster). I highly recommend it.
