I emailed bimmian to see if they are still interested and they said they would need 100 people to sign up to make it worth their $$. Since there are only 29 people on this very old thread, i think it won't work out... too bad...

any other ideas? any other companies that do this that we could get a group buy from?

If anyone here has a good airbrush kit they can do it pretty easily I'd imagine. One of the reasons I'm seriously thinking about getting a good airbrush kit.

How much is 25$ converted to US dollars?

I've got a rattle can paint (can't remember the name now) that is a dead match to the factory shadowline trim, which I used to paint all the chrome on my 740iL. Post what paint you use, and I'll do the same when I get back home.

I've got a pretty good relationship with Khoa at Khoalty motor group and they provide tons of after market items for E46's. I'll send him a quick PM on how doable something like this might be.
