Merino Leather.. Extended vs. Full

Please note, I deleted last thread because of extended mistakes in the post

These are on the M5.. But are very similar if not identical in the X5M

Thought I would post some compares so we can discuss.

With EXTENDED Merino (standard, no charge leather)

Full leather (additional monie$)

With EXTENDED Merino (standard, no charge leather)

Full leather (additional monie$)

It helps if you view these pictures in a picture viewer and flip back and forth between them..

But for my dollar, it wasn't worth the xtra money..
As far as the lumbar, my bro has it in his M5.. It's a novelty
As far as the extra seat adjustment, I have it in my 7 series and have never used it.

The ventilated seats.. Sure, I would spend the money on them if they were a $1000 or so.. But at $3k, it's just a rip off.

Just thought I would add this in case anyone was still wavering on options.

I think the ones on the top are Comfort seats and the ones on the bottom are the standard.

I'm only guessing that because it looks as though the lower half of the back section has the lumbar mechanism (as seen with the extra stitching, module)..

But again, I'm guessing. They look almost identical to me.

They look like sport-comfort. Its a mix of sport+comfort. a comfort seat with side bolsters to completely hug you. It opens up when you stop engine or open door. Best of both worlds. I have those in my E60.
