" speed limit exceeded warning "

I got this message when I reach 120 k/m and above, so I contact my dealer if they can remove this warning or adjust it to 160 km, but they told me they can not do it !! the manual speed limiter is adjusted.... but this one is a standard and cannot be removed.
The reasone that I want to remove or adjust this warning, because Im driving a lot on the highways and the speed limit here is 140km - 160km when i got this speed message it won't go off till I reduce my speed under 120/km.

btw: I got red circle on center of the dashboard information says (LIMIT) and I can't use BC button

ANY HELP PLEASE ....

Run through the I-Drive and you'll find the limit function - cancel it, or increase the speed limit.

Cheers,
I removed the optional speed limiter from the iDrive, but I'm talking about the standard limiter

Ok for the non middle east people. He is asking to remove the speed limit indicator that all Gulf Spec cars are required to have. There really is no way around this with most modern cars unless you can figure out how to have someone flash your ECU/DME to a euro spec software, but even then it might actually be a mechanical device and not software.

This isn't the self set speed indicator in idrive or the engine cut off at 155 mph limiter. It is additional

I have it on my X5 and there is no way around it. It is not the same limiter as the one through the I-drive. It stops beeping after a couple seconds, then you just have the limit symbol in the Instrument panel and I think it says something in the HUD as well.
