2 questions: Would I pay that 19% since I'm in the State? Also, would they send them to the states? I'll be writing them to ask but I just wanted to get a jump on it.

The sale would be Export to a non-EEC country,So you would not pay the 19% vat. However ,when they send your order to the States it could go through Customs and you may have to pay US taxes there ,before you pick it up....
Best thing to do is ask the supplier to write on the shipping documents that its a "sample"..Hopefully ,it will go through without you paying Local Taxes.

Now this seems to best option for those that want the AEs and keep the oem hids.

For us in UK/Europe ,we need the lights to have the lever above the headlights to direct the beam for driving on the other side of the road.
Do you have plugs above these Depo lights that give access to the lever?
I can buy direct from Depo Importer here..would the Deco part # be 444-1152PXNDHM2.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IMPORTANT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!! IMPORTANT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After a closer look :

DEPO lights with above mentioned part number are NOT the ones with the LED HALOS!!!!!
BEWARE.

TO ALL INTERESTED :

The Halo set-up is NOT with LEDs, but each Halo has 5 little lamps connected to it. BEWARE

TO ALL EU INTERESTED BUYERS :
These light have the E mark and EU light pattern and can be set for LH/RH drive but THEY DO NOT HAVE A CONNECTION FOR YOUR PARKING/STAND LIGHT BULB. Meaning that like in Germany, Belgium, .... you will not pass your yearly Technical Inspection.

Hope this warning is early enough ....

Cheers

I still have no reply from that supplier above!
Thanks for the warning but I would have thought the AEs(halos) would take the place of your parking /side lights and would therefore be legal!
How do you know they only have 5 lamps and not leds?Did you buy them?
Maybe someone that bought the depos here in the GB will provide us with a part #!The part number I mentioned previously,is from this photo I took from Depos latest catalogue.

Yep,
took that Depo part number to order mine, recieved them 2 days ago.
Checked out the halos, and they are with 5 lamps instead the of the LED rings.
Further, one of the mounting brackets broke off during transport, contacted the seller, will sent them back. In the mean time will try to find out the part number of the Depo's with the LED rings, so I can replace them.

Sorry to hear about your problems!I had no idea that the halos were not leds.Thats the only part number on the DEPO catalogue
Lets us know how you are getting on.Also, what supplier are you using?I have no luck here in Portugal because the DEPO importer will not import these.
I will be interested in buying from Belgium..no problem

Hello,
I have these Depo projects since almost a year ago.
Yes, the halos were not leds. The original depo projects comes with lamps.
The leds halos are included in US. If you want the led halo, you have two options:
1. Buy these in US (like me, because when I bought the Depo, there was no supplier in Europe)
2. Buy in Europe, open the projectors and change the halos.
