agreed, it definitely came from member BigGar, he has a whole collection of low mileage X5s, this guy must have bought from him and drove those 3k miles

Sure its a nice almost brand new, but no way I would pay that much for it. For that price I go buy a new E70 or M3

Yeah he's asking a heck of a lot for an X5 that effectively has no warranty or free maintenance any more and isn't even CPO. Every maintenance and repair is out of pocket. Makes poor financial sense to me quite honestly.

Wow, that's a great looking X5 but it's a boatload of money for a used one.
If it's an 06 then it should still have CPO warranty until 2012. I have an 05 and it's CPO warranty is good until Jan 2011. I'm going to try to get $22K for my nearly perfect 2005 X5 with 60K miles. |

It's not a CPO. It would have to have been sold as used by a BMW dealer as a used car specifically certified as CPO.

You can have any BMW certified as long as it fits the criteria, it doesn't have to pass through a BMW dealership other than for the certification inspection.

It still has to be certified by a BMW dealership, and it isn't free. My original point was that that particular car is not a CPO.
