Exclamation Horrible Front end Shaking and vibration!!!

Ok,

so here is the deal. I replaced most of the front end suspension with the kit on ebay (that german company). Just keep in mind i knw that its a cheap parts but i have had this shaking from that side for a while just never this bad. Anyway, I solved my tik tok from the front end and it was metal clip that holds the plastic skid plate to the metal stiffening plate.

now, after the front tires were balanced (used tires but good shape) with the old suspension i had some shaking and vibration and assumed it was the bushing etc. after replacing the front end suspention i have horrible shaking and its around 70+mph and if you while traveling at that speed try to make a long left hand turn (like a long sweeping turn ) the right side will start to shake bad. almost like when you see bikes the front tire starts to shake and its just gets worse until the driver looses full control its like that. and once it starts i have to slow down to atleast 45 to stop the shaking.

I have two theories:

1) with the old suspension it was very loose and torn so the shaking was not so bad bc the loos suspension allowed for dampening of the shaking.

2) after the new tight suspention that does not allow for loose / virbrations and there is something there that is causing a small vibration allows it to effect the whole truck and makes it worse.

3) looking on youtube i see that its very similar style of shaking seen called death wobble if you just search that you will see....

my friend said it might be the strut bc he said since it mainly happens in left hand turn that means there is a small bounce and it gets magnified when turning ...

any ideas. I am getting to a point where i poured a lot of money and its just getting worse....i love it but i would love to just blow it up atm. HELP!!!!

Had it done at a shop. I will go back on monday/tuesday and ask if they did that. I have to say though that the car feels amazing at low speeds around bends i mean i feel a huge difference. so i am happy in that sense just feel that this is kinda dangerous and will damage the new components.

I have that thought on the back of my mind but there was a huge improvment after balance that i dont think its a rim issue. What i will do is move both front sets of rims to the rear and see if that makes a difference.

Im also thinking about getting a new set of tires to also help rule out any problems.

• Q Up to 100mph
• R Up to 106mph
• S Up to 112mph
• T Up to 118mph
• U Up to 124mph
• H Up to 130mph
• V Up to 149mph
• W Up to 168mph
• Y Up to 186mph
• Z 149mph and over

im considering these two after reading some online reviews from people.

1) Tire Details - Discount Tire

2)Tire Details - Discount Tire

the speed ratings are H and T and to be honest i do about 70-90mph average anyway...these tires have gotten a a lot of good reviews and i think the 1 is not a bad deal

anyway ill next think about a set of rims possible i have a bent rim who knows...oh i have the oem spare aswell...hmm ill switch it out and see too.

Have you checked that calipers are not rubbing?....fixed a similar problem for me.

well i assumed that the calipers are not rubbing because when i hit the brakes there is no vibrations...so i dont think its the calipers....

you dont need to hit the brakes, if the caliper is hung or the rotor is warped once it heats up then you will feel the wobble. Take a drive early morning when cold and see if it happens, if it creeps within 5-15 min of driving might be brake related.
