Switching from full air suspension to shocks/springs. Parts question? Thanks

I have a 4.8is and the air suspension has been acting up for a while so instead of riding that money pit I am going to throw on some blisten shocks and eibach springs. Now my question is what oem parts would I need to make this complete? Would I need a new bracket or mounting hardware? Thanks for any help guys!

I converted my rear air springs for coil springs last year, and I love it. No change in handling at all and no more worries about any faults from the air suspension.

Here is a post from someone else who did it.

Personally, I just used the OEM springs, spring pads, and "cover" which may also be another term for an adapter. This part was used to hold the upper spring pad in place. Using the OEM springs (listed for the X5 3.0) will give you stock ride height.

You will need a competent dealership to have the "self level susp. inactive" error message. Here is a thread from last year when I was having trouble getting it done:

In the end, converting will cost you more, but if you plan to keep the X5 for a long time, this is worth it for peace of mind and reliability.

Thanks a bunch!! Any experience with driving or riding in a X equipped with Blistens/springs? It would have to be sportier and lower correct? Thanks again. I am just going to take out the whole air ride system before it starts to drain my wallet! haha

Read the bilsteins are very rough. But for $83 a pop. They can't be that bad.

Im use to my 950 lb rear springs on my m3.
