Unhappy FIXED!!!!!-Smog failed due to EML light, did a drive cycle, now car is messing up!

Like I stated, I took my vehicle to get smogged. It had been giving me a P0128 (Coolant Thermostat (Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature) code for a few months now, and I hadn't gotten the time to replace the thermostat for it, but other than that, it was running good, I reset the code and took it in. The test passed all except the EML, as stated, I needed to do a drive cycle to get the system to reset. I did a drive cycle (2 minute idle, 3 minutes 20-30mph, 15 minutes 50-60, stop and idle for 5 minutes in gear) and I drove my car home no problems. A few hours later, I turned it on, and immediately knew something was wrong. The car was idling rough, and when I tried to take off, it lurched and started driving like a 15 year old learning stick. I parked it and left it overnight until this morning when I decided to start an inspection. I checked the oil, (it was low) and added what was needed. I checked the air filter (K&N oiled air filter) it looked clean. I turned it on, and still that rough idle. I took it for a quick drive around the block and it was just hesitating everywhere. I about wanted to cry at the frustration (this is my only vehicle for work, and I work tommorrow!). It gave me 3 codes and they are:

P0171
P0174
P0732

Why did they pop up all of a sudden? Did the fucker at the smog shop do something on purpose to fuck up my vehicle? I need help. I replaced the alternator on this a few months back, so if I have to tackle something in the engine, I will do it. I just want my car fixed, and ASAP. Any ideas friends? Please, help. I am desperate.

check air intake tubes, check MAF plug, check to see if all of them are seated correctly without a gap.. sounds like a major vac leak, probably something got dislodged... make sure oil dipstick and oil cap are tight...

also, you never said what year/month and model you got...

Yes I just took the airbox and MAF out. Gonna spray it with carb choke cleaner. When it is in park it seems to idle fine. I don't hear any hissing. Where would I check for hissing noises?

I just turned on the car without the MAF and air filter in place. No noises. When I turned it off the tube going to the engine made a loud suction noise. imgur: the simple image sharer

i am not good with chemicals, and i don't know if carb choke cleaner is good for MAF.. the local store should have a MAF cleaner... your issue is probably laying in those air tubes and MAF... make sure there are no gaps, no holes and make sure the plug for MAF is snapped good on the connector... hissing would in the vicinity of those tubes... if there is hissing, and you hear it elsewhere, then it could be something else... but since you don't hear it, it is just the air intake.

put things together and test it

I did test it. It took off good for a second, then back to sluggish. I don't know what else to do. Take apart the whole air filter housing and line to see if there are any cracks? I just don't understand it was fine one minute, and then it is like this the next minute. I'm starting to worry it could be something else.

So far no leaks detected. Gonna buy a MAF CLEANER and clean the MAF and Throttle comtrol

An easy way to test for MAF and air leak (post MAF) related problems is to disconnect the MAF. This causes the computer to use default values which should be acceptable, if not optimal, in operating the vehicle.
