I'm still not sure if I want to get these or the Bridgestone Dueler's in the 20" staggered setup. I've heard some reviews good and bad about these blowing out or bubbling up a lot. And soft sidewalls apparently made them come off the wheel. (I do a lot of aggressive driving here and there so need something that can handle the corners.)

On my second set of DSW's now, and I'm a big fan. Originally bought these on a strong recommendation from the pre-sales advisors at Tire Rack. The first set on my E53 was great, but didn't have them long enough to judge. Now that I've lived with them on my E70 a while, I absolutely love these tires!

I live part time in Lake Tahoe, and part time in Folsom. I have been very pleased with the dry road handling as well as snow performance. They may get noisy eventually, but they have not yet in ~15k miles. I will probably replace them with the same tire unless something better comes along.

DSW's Are awesome. We have them on our X-drive vehicles in lieu of having dedicated summer/winter tires. They have surpassed all expectations of how a tire should be.

Thoughts?

Would bet they produce limited X5 fitment sizes, if it's goes anything like the Force Contacts. Waited over a year for 19" stagger fitment, finally went with Vreds.

I, too, am looking for new tires. Summer tires, that is, in 275/45R20 for my 20x10" Style 299 wheels. I'm looking at the Continental CrossContact UHP, Michelin Latitude Sport, Vredestein Ultrac Vorti and SUV Sessanta.

I'm leaning towards the Latitude Sport but the CrossContact looks good, too. The Vredestein tires seem to get decent reviews also. Really, it's a choice of two tires: if I'm going to spend $1500 on the Continentals, I'd rather spend a little more and get the Michelins. Of the Vredestein choices, I think I'd rather go with the Ultrac Vorti. It's almost $1000 between the Latitude Sport and Ultrac Vorti.
