My power steering act up very often...sometime lowered and sometimes not?? Can someone tell me what wrong with this easy access function? I wish I can turn it off?

I think you mean your steering wheel does not raise or lower?
Is that the issue?

Try clear errors by diagnostic software, than make new memory settings and save it on certain number.

I am guessing that you need to grease the jack screws. Dry jack screws probably are putting too much load on the motor and module thus thinks wheel is at end of travel.
