Looking at 2011 xdrive35i

Hey guys, looking at a 2011 e70, particularly the 35i flavor for the N55 and 8-speed. I'm coming from the E90 world (currently have a 2007 E92 fully bolted) and familiar with the tools and issues for the N54. Looking to have the E70 take over daily commuting duty.

I'll have my Android w/ Carly app handy for any car I look at, but any major issues I should be aware of at first glance?
Transmission or drivetrain concerns?
Sensors?
Water pump or turbo issues?

Pic of the E92:

i did the same jump, E93 335 FBO to a FBO 2011 x5 N55 (fyi 2011 is the only year cobb works for, there is not JB4 stage 2 available for any E70 only stage 1).

same normal issues as n54/n55. ive needed a waterpump, coils and injectors, oil filter housing gasket.
wouldnt say anything is specific to X5s.
i would highly recommend getting one with the 14 way adjustable seats. the normal seats are worse than E90 non-sports.

Awesome. Did not know that the Cobb worked on this. Fan of flash based tunes anyways. I've done the rest of that list on the 335, so it shouldn't be too bad once I grab the OE part #s and throw them into BMW PNPC.
The one I found doesn't have the 14 way seats, and is a less common color, but fully loaded otherwise and way under KBB.

fyi its all F10 engine parts as far as BMS intake, chargepipe and downpipes. id suggest not doing the downpipe though, as it makes inspections hard, as there is no DP fix for n55, and its an XI install which are more time consuming aka expensive

Agreed. I'd pass on any heavy modification. Just a cheap used Cobb, tint the front windows to match and get rid of the RFTs. I already have one money pit to dump money for mods haha.

Chargepipe is good to know as they can crack even on stock boost levels, at least with the N54.

i tinted the fronts to match the rear and im kicking my self for it every day.
Although it was cheap, just $80, they are slightly darker then the rears.
im the only one who notices it, but either way i wish i went with 20% like i had for every car.
thought I had matured, but need that privacy still
