Water/oil leak
We have a 2007 X5 and I recently noticed what seems to be a mixture of water and oil or oily fluid coming from between the front and middle skid plates. It seems to correlate with AC usage so I'm assuming the water is condensate water from the AC but not sure about the oily fluid. Oil level is fine and its light yellow/brown and clear so I'm assuming it's not ATF. Any ideas? |

I had something similar with mine. Turns out the transfer case was leaking.
