New wheels - torque settings?

My flame retardant suit is on, but I think I've done a pretty good thread search

I'm switching my wheels and can't find a clear answer to wheel torque specs on the E70. I used to torque my E46 330 wheels to 88 ft-lbs. On this forum I've found "80-100", "98", and "101" ft-lbs. What's everyone using for wheel torque?

Please let me know what you're using or point me to a definitive thread that shows some consensus.

OK, fire away

Page 258 of the 2010 owner's manual, in the "Changing Wheels" section -- 101 ft-lbs or 140 nm.

(One of the few pieces of technical information BMW gives in the manual, probably due to liability concerns).

Fantastic! Thanks-

Interestingly my 2009 manual does not appear like that. The best I could do was p. 277 on placing a spare tire (not recommended if you have the unbelievable incredibly awesome run flat tires) - section similarly titled "changing wheels" which very specifically states

"tighten all the bolts securely in a diagonal pattern."
So I guess finger tight, then? And it's righty-tighty, lefty-loosy, yes?

Thanks again

EDIT: OOPS - Next paragraph in the manual does state 101 ft-lbs. Sorry, OK taking off the flame retardant suit...

You guys are awesome! Found this thread on Google search, then confirmed 101 ft-lbs in the 2013 E70 owner's manual. I'm good to go now.
