Agree 100%. Let's all make a deal our our Board...all of us with 2011 E70s without factory LED Corona Rings will write a very firm communal letter to BMWNA, and politely demand ours to be retrofitted. I mean for god's sake....we have the LCI E70....FOUR years after the E70 debuted! You do not make a substantial change like this after the LCI launch!! This is insanity, and very insulting!!!

Good luck! I bet they will get your next $60k check first before they will do a retrofit to your lights.

I'm in if you guys want to try this, but I've been a BMW customer for about 20 years and it will surprize me a lot, if they were doing this. Worth trying though.
Just as an FYI, the European versions ALL have the 8-speed auto transmission, including the diesel versions (245 & 306 Hp), but here, in the US, our 265Hp in-between version of the 3.0 liter engine is still fitted with the older 6-speed transmission ...

As a side question, has anyone of you found a link where to download the 2011 X5 Service Manual. I've been looking for it for some weeks, but have been unsuccessful so far. Thanks.

Odd, seeing that ours are made in the USA. We have the two revised engines and 8spd trans.

This may have been confirmed today. Someone on bimmerfest took delivery today and he said it has led coronas. I hope it is true because my 35d was completed on the 13th and I am picking it up on Saturday.
