X5 e70 2009 ipod integration problems and suspension mods

Hi,

I have a X5 e70 2009 3.0d in India. The car has xDrive and DVD Changer and rear DVD package. I brought the mObridge A2010 unit from EAS and tried installing it in place of the DVD changer. I interacted with David @ EAS and thereafter with Greg Mitchell @ ACAP NZ. but no luck. The unit is not recognized by the system at all. Can anybody help! any other alternative to integrate the iPod?

My car has regular coilovers in the front and and electronic setup in the rear I want to upgrade to an all electronic setup and use KW setup if possible. How do i go about doing it?

Thanks a lot

I'd leave it stock. Why hack up a system in a country where tech support and expertise is almost non-existent?

I am guessing by "electronic" in the rear, you mean self leveling? And you want to add self leveling to the front? But you want KW branded self leveling? Does KW make such a product? (They have a website...)

Thanks ard. The rear is self leveling. The front is normal coilovers. Expertise is not a issue in India. The BMW policy for this country sucks. All said it is a great vehicle and i want to exploit it's potential.

The KW site claims that they have either a complete mechanical setup or a complete "electronic" set up.

Is there a possibility or a way around my existing set up to include an all "electronic" setup.

All I find is one system, no mention of "electronic".
