At the time when I was trying win8 just came out so I was still on win7 and couldn't get it to work.. On my next vehicle I'll have to look for my cable and try again

Hi, I scooted through this thread so I apologise if this has been discussed.

When I initially run INPA, I see no option for E70. Do I have an old copy? It is version 5.0.1

I get the two black circles but not sure what to do here.

Thanks guys.

Never mind, I figured it out. Edit the INPA.INI file and add E70.

Seems like all of the ebay links to the cable on the first page are no longer active/available. Does anyone have a current link?

Actually, seems like everyone's converting to the BMWhat app now?

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this thread. I've been able to code many things in my 2011, but blinkers(turn signals) in the HUD has eluded me. I coded 1 setting each in HUD and CIC to Aktiv, but I am not they are not showing up on the windshield(yes I have a HUD). I know I must be missing something. Can anyone help?

These may be NCSDUMMY translations
CIC
HUD_TurnSignal = aktiv ( enabled )
HUD
Blinker - Turn Signal = aktiv ( enabled )
