Did you try calling junk yards, looking for crashed X5's? Or even a dealer. They may have done a crash estamete and determined that it was totaled.... andmaybe they know where it went.

Just thinking out loud.

Working on it but it may take quite a while. But if anyone has any such leads I sure would appreciate it.

There is one listed on Car-parts.com
They want $5500, I don't know if that is a good deal or not.
