So I have posted in this thread before about some of the problems I've had with the Dice kit and I think I figured out what is causing the issues I have. I was hoping to find out if anyone else with Dice has the same problems.

I found out that when I set up the Dice to have text display on the MID, it displays text, no problem. But if a send or recieve a phone call using Bluetooth, after the call is over the Dice will not display text at all. I then have to disconnect the main cable from the module and reset the unit. It works fine again until the bluetooth is used again

Antone else find this happens? Maybe Tom from EAS can weigh in? Thanks, and I hope we all can figure this out.

Sounds like we actually might want a full vehicle reset. Have you tried this before? Both will work together and play nicely.

I have not tried this. Is this the procedure which involves disconnecting the battery cables and touching them together?? I hope your answer is no, because that whole thing scares me.

No Bluetooth on my 04 so no experience. I had to disconnect the battery to install the Dice, Is there a prolem with that?

Still trying to find out what the "full vehicle reset" entails.

2 Kings- I disconnected the battery during install also. IIRC the instructions said to do that, so that should not be the problem.

Mine gave me problems, until I reinstalled my Ipod's software. All the problems went away. Now it's working great!

I installed mine after Christmas and it works like a charm. I love it. I have a I phone and when I am listening to music I set it down o it's side in the ash tray and it goes in to the album flow on the iPhone. So as you are listen to songs it flows back and forth thru your album displaying the albums. I thought that was kinda cool. My steering wheel button work flawlessly.
