You could make one,

get 2 nokia tele-mute leads and cut and solder the ends to make the correct connector.

Quad (your harness)

17 round (your radio)

I think it will be a too difficult challenge...

I see that it have 2 small square connector on the down side... it will miss a connector here too...

I sell it !

So, thanks a lot ccfj1 for all your support !

Hi,

It is really simple. The BM came in 2 versions

BM54 Back = OG connector (round pins)
BM54 = NG connector (flat pins)

You can buy an adapterharness from OG cable to NG-radio BM54 but not the other way. The latter doesn't exist or you have to make it yourself.

The BM54 Back radiomodule is actualy a BM24 in a new housing (just the antenna leads are different, it has the NG-antenna connector). Biggest difference in the BM54Back and the BM54 is the possibility to connect an AUX-in port. The BM54 Back never has an aux-in possibility. The BM54 has it from a certain production week in 2002.

Yep ! That's true Roland.

There is written "BM54 BACK" on the radio module exactly

So pity to not have had this information before

Why not 74OIL and thanks for your proposal.

In order to make my retrofit mid-february, I'd like to have a complete set.

How about cost and shipping for this harness ?

I just called BMW and they said they want$300 for the whole retrofit harness and tyhe shipping should be about $30. I live in Ft Collins, COLORADO, where do you live.
