No Luck Updating my Beta MKIV

Hello,

I own an 2003 E39 M5. My car was produced in Oct 2002. So it came with the first version of the MKIV software (beta). It says T20.1 on the splash screen. I've been attempting to update to the V32 with no luck. I've tried multiple CD's (burned at 1x and 2x), and a DVD-R (burned at 2x) with no luck. Basically the navigation DVD player spins a little bit when I insert them but doesn't show anything on the screen in the car, just the normal main menu screen, and ejects out a minute later. When I insert the cloned navigation DVD, it recognizes it fine.

Does anyone have an experience updating MKIV that came with the beta version? Any advice?
