Range Rover HSE

Is there a comparable forum to this for the RR HSE?

thanks tipper, but i did google it before i posted. there are several rr forums just as there are several x5 forums. xoutpost is my fav. was wondering if those with the same sensibilities that came to this particular x5 forum might have a preference for one of the rr forums. trying to save time.

That first returned site www.rangerovers.net is probably the best out there.. Forums are lively and the information it has on the home page is great place for a general Rover education... The overall layout of the site could use some work but the information contained is excellent.

Just curious- what is your RR experience? I'm considering a move. I know it won't handle like any of the 7 BMW's I've owned, but it's a little larger and somewhat more upmarket. Reliability is biggest concern- as it is on my last two BMW's- the 6 and the X5.

Just now starting my research. : )

I am with you.

Trying to decide between 2010 Range Rover Supercharged and 2010 BMW X5M.

Both have their advantages and disadvantages, but I have yet to see something that will help me decide between the 2.

Range Rover
The best IMO.

Well no ownership experience with Rangies but do own a 71' Series IIA Rover..

I did have a used (08 or 07) Range Rover on my list of vehicles when I was doing my research before purchasing my X5. I really like the feel of the RR when driving down a straight highway and if you plan on doing any kind of off roading with it there's not much better (arguably a Merc G Class). The 2010's with the roll out of the new power plants definitely produce some nice numbers Reliability though is not one of their strong points.

If you buying new and get a four year warranty and factor in a few trips to the dealer then you should be all right but if reliability is the number one factor for you then it probably wouldn't be the perfect match. That said I don't know any car manufacturer who you can safely say is always reliable these days. I think if you have a local dealer you trust to service your car and a good relationship with them it can go a long way.

And if money is not an issue and if you don't mind having your steering wheel on the wrong side might I suggest...
