Wiper arm height!?

Hi guys, I was wondering do any of you guys know how to adjust the height of the wiper arm? It seems that the height on mine seems a bit low...actually the one on the passenger side, is sticking to the bottom of the windscreen and the one on the drivers side is block some of the views out on raining days...

I know it doesn't really effect how the wiper works and all. But I really want to put them back up where they should be and I can't really find a spot under the bonnet for adjusting them as well. I took little pic is to show what I'm trying to say...Please help if you can, thanx guys !!!
