Invision Headrest DVD
I was at the dealer the other day and saw these Invision headrest DVD player on a X5 in the showroom and really liked it. Comes with wireless headsets. They look better than Vizualogic. Is anybody here using these? How is your experience?

looks good, but I could not find any listing for BMW on their site.

Could these work on comfort seats??? I am thinking no

Ive heard they had problems with overheating due to the all in one design . I havent had any problems with my Vizualogic units.

Rob I have been BMW Division Manager at Invision for over 3 years.

I have never had an overheating issue in any of our products...

Keep in mind it is an LCD screen and with prolonged use the screens do get warm but they do not overheat. As a matter of fact the Revolution series 2 has 2 built in cooling fans that prevent overheating at all costs.

ABSOLUTELY!!

INVISION is the only proven application to use so that you do not lose the functionality of the comfort seat whatsoever.

I sell tons of these kits and have no problem answering any and all questions you may have about the comfort seats.

But to be blunt..."YES!" I have them for

X5 4.4 / 4.8
5 Series
and
7 Series

That's great information to know. Great to have you here on the board Lawrence Do you have pics of them installed in an X5 with comfort seats to share, or any X5 installs for that matter?
