Talking Alternative LED License Plate Bulbs

**** Alternative License Plate LED Bulbs ****

Found an alternative LED License Plate bulbs which only cost $7.99 ea. and no error message. I have an '04 4.4i X5 and not sure if I'm just lucky w/o getting any error with these LED bulbs.

I'm not in anyway affiliated with the vendor so please do your own research or try at your own risk.

39mm High Powered 8 Led SMT Festoon

I'll try to take some pics tomorrow evening.

Thanks! I bought some from eBay and got an error message and the "other ones" are too much money for what is really just a novelty.

I have purchased all of my LED bulbs from the same place ( www.autolumination.com ) and have never had any bulb out lights and they are all still working after 1+ years.

Good to know your installation of 1+ year is still working.

Thanks for the info.

Yep, website sucks, but pricing and quality of products are excellent. I even had an issue with some bulbs and emailed them and I got a response back within an hour - ended up I did not realize that LED bulbs have polarity and I had installed them wrong.

What bulbs did you replace?
I am thinking to replace the front/rear blinkers (turn signals) with LED... Do they have them?

I replaced all interior lights and license plate lights. Much better lighting than the blue painted "ultra-white" bulbs.
