Picked up the X yesterday and as advertised, Bay Diagnostic did a fantastic job. I knew she was in good hands, considering the head tech also drives an X5. They've worked on the X before and did a great job, even threw in a free oil change and filter. This time around, they repaired my rear tail-light for free.
I may return the X to them soon to replace the idle tensioner pulley...that engine whine is driving me nuts!
