I have been told today that all X5 with Confort seats will be delayed.
Have you heard this?

This is what I heard from a dealer about 6 weeks ago... The comfort seat supplier is/has been in chapter 11, therefore the comfort seat option may not available. Vehicles ordered with comfort seat and package combinations may get sport seats instead. This is what I was told. I know it's just a rumour, but my dealer told me that I should not be surprised if my vehicle comes with Sport Seats instead of Comfort Seats. I think I am O.K. since my vehicle has been shipped.

I will not accept my car without confort seat .

Protection from Creditors to "restructure". Like I said, this was the rumour. I do not know if this is the reason for the delay.

i dont think its true because obviously from the pics that some members on the forum got their cars with comfort seat including me.

Yea, I don't believe it either...unless people in Europe get a different Comfort Seat.

Do they call it "Confort" in France?

But its possible that the producer went chapter 11 after delivering the first batch of comfort seats... Hence no more supply of comfort seats...
