E70 3.0sd: 0 - Vmax (Video)

It shows the new X5 3.0sd in max. acceleration (from stand to Vmax).

The times are as follows (in kms per hour):
0-100 km/h: 7,2 sec.
0-200 km/h: 32,2 sec.
80-120 km/h: 5,0 sec.
160-180 km/h: 6 sec.
180-200 km/h: 8,6 sec.
200-220 km/h: 17,8 sec.
220-230 km/h: 19,0 sec.
(Kms on the clock: 13.235)

Interesting. Thanks for sharing. Nothing beats cruising at over 200km/h on the autobahn listening to Barry White

You can tell the sd breaks into a sweat when going over 180km/h. I'm still trying to justify getting a 3.0sd, then chipping it to 335hp instead of going for the 4.8.

did anyone else notice a lag in the speed after the guy had the rpm goin at 5 at the start still a sick video

It was in drive all the time, I guess he was just holding the brakes.
Did anyone notice that he was going at that speed and didnt even buckle up?
How about near freezing cold which apparently warmed up when he reached 180+ km/h by 2c.

A friend of mine does that in his 5'er. Not too sure if that is good for the car.

How can you know that the driver is not buckled up? Perhaps the seat belt was on before the video camera started?
