"excessive battery drain" message

It came on once first thing yesterday and I did not see it since. I understand there is a bulletin regarding this issue but I could not find it. Any help will be appreciated.

I posted about this a day or two ago. All you had to do mate, was do a search for battery drain problems

My original post:

Yeah, there is a service bulletin. I kept getting the "Excessive battery drain" warning on my i-Drive screen on my 08' 4.8i.

The BMW SIB is 61 02 07

I had this done in early Feb. 2008.

Good Luck!!!

BMW did not disclose to me exactly what they did, but give this # to you authorized BMW dealer, and they can do the BMW recommended update.

Good Luck!!!
