BMW TV Drives the X5 ///M...

Such threads usually arrive courtesy of LeMansX5 or Agent Palbay...however a friend just sent this to me and I felt compelled to post... ...

Is it just me or does the driver reach for what seems to be a shifter @ 1:12?

Very impressive indeed! It can handle it though...considering the 700hp V12 X5 LeMans. Also, did anyone notice the driver had the DCS turned off? Noticed the triangular light was lit. I always assumed that was dangerous at high speeds guess there's plenty to discover in the near future

I think it might be dangerous turning the dsc off at those speeds too. I turned mine off doing 10 km/h and slowly braked on ice and tried to turn but almost lost total control. Luckily it was an open road without curbs.

I only turned the DSC off when tracking or in an open and empty lot full of snow. I once thought i'd pushed the PDC but i hit the DSC instead...was on the highway at around 70+ and it felt very loose and felt like it could be unstable at any higher speed. I hit the DSC and within seconds, i felt a huge difference.

Perhaps it will be a different story with the ///M
