all I have to say about the E53's capacity is this....

I fit 4 18" wheels and 4 255/55/18 tires in the X5 (the 18's already had tires mounted on them and I was taking it to a shop to have my new tires put on, so technically I had 8 tires in the car and 4 rims)

Did you do that without marking the hell out of your interior?

I had actually fit a New (CLEAN) snow blower in the back of my X5. I had the seats folded down and had to unbolt the handles. Other then that if fit perfect. I wish I had taken a pic.

Didn't scuff a thing, I wrapped almost everything in blanket before putting them in. Couldn't believe it.

Good Reminder Pic, Doc...it ought to be in the info section.

A previous pic...not huge stuff, but I have transported alot
of weird things in the X over the years. This shot shows what
I hauled home one day: 3 Japanese maples, a case of bird seed
and a set of clubs. It is not a mini van, but one can really
stuff some stuff in the back.
