Talking 4.8is mufflers on 3.0i Video inside

Thanks to Jsears for the great deal on these mufflers.

Went to mufflers man shop yesterday and got these 4.8is mufflers on my X5
I wasn't looking for noise ( i just need some free flow that's all)
But it came out better then i thougth
First pics was my old 3.0i with 4.6/4.8is cut off and those tips are sitting in my garage for now
enjoy....

Fitting that I get first reply!

I WANT MY MUFFLERS BACK! If I knew they sounded that good I might not have gotten the Dinan exhaust!

They look great, you are right they fit really well, your X looks like they came with them! Glad you are enjoying them! Don't push too much down on the gas though!

there definitely a great tire and a good price for a set of four. i dont remember the way your x sounded before but after the 4.8 muffler install it sounds great!

The heat shields are there, no additional modfication to it
Just cut off the old one and weld them on.
