What's Missing in these Pictures?

That is actually designed that way, and all X5's are like that. Don't ask me why because I think the engineers may have been hitting the dark beers that day, but nothing is wrong in those pictures.

I found a good way to test the sway links
have someone rock the car side to side you do not require to be under the car to check , just observe from front of car and you will see any excessive movement .

Perhaps someone with a connection to the Factory Store (where the X5's are created) - a Premium Member/Moderator? and just ask: WTF?
I would really like to know the Mechanical Engineering marvel that is taking place here.
