Central Auto Lock

Hi ,

i'm a newbie here, just wondering if someone can help me out about my auto Door Locks on my 2003 X5 4.4i.

it use too work when i run 4 km or up it will auto lock the X5 doors
but now it doesnt do it anymore.

i dont know if its something to do with this code..
95 (149)interior security, fuse or cable
if it does, where can i locate or how to fixed the problem.

Where are you reading the code (the 95 (140) interior security, fuse or cable) from? With what?

Many codes on BMW can be read with a generic code reader but most non-engine related codes are not well supported.

Are all other lock functions working correctly? remote locking from key fob, etc.?

i got the code from PA Soft that im using...
yes all the doors are working ok and functions with fob except the auto lock when reach certain speed set up.

I understand that the auto central locking can be coded on and off in PA Soft - have you accidentally turned it off?

Did the auto locking stop working AFTER you hooked up your software to the car? If so, that would be helpful. If you were using the software and made some changes...then afterwords found out that things had changed...the obvious thing to check first is what you did while you had the software connected.

Not telling us ALL of what could have happened doesn't help us help you. Leaving out important or pertinent information will only result in us giving you information that isn't useful...or sends you down a long path that may be unnecessary.
