Vredestein Tires

Hi Everyone,
I spend a lot of time lurking and searching on the board but never posted before. Anyways, I am just curious if anyone has any experience or opinions on Vredestein Sessanta tires. I have searched and not really found anything. Reason i am asking is they are the tires that come from one of the replica dealers on ebay. $1,800 shipped is a hell of a deal but if the tires are horrible its not worth it.

LOL.. they're known for bicycle road race tires but even at best they are not comparable to the michelins and Victtorias... on a car, no comment..

That seller will put on various brands of tires. Ask if they can sell you the rims with the tires you want.

Iwas wondering if anyone has bought these as well. I got the 20 inch Toyo proxy ST's on the 87 replica rims which are about the same price. Would recommend them for the price.

FYI I ended up going with the proxy ST's and have been very happy so far. Nice tire for how inexpensive they are.
