Question Transmission Flush?

I know this has been beaten to death but....my indy suggested that I get this done (92K Miles right now on a 4.4i). Here is the difference. He is a very experienced BMW/Benz/Porsche Master Tech and we had a discusssion on the relative draw backs to changing the fliuds. His response was that they have a machine they use that does not agitate the fluid during changes and therfore will not disturb any particulates that may end up clogging the valves etc. My question is has anyone else here had this particular procedure done with equipment that works like this one? I should also say that he has been bang on with everything else so????

Thanks

if from 1998-2003, your tranmission will fail one day, its not worth the cost to change the transmission fluid if its going to fail anyway when you take out the trans to rebuild it, they will change the fluid out then and there. pass on this one.

Was reading the manual that came with the car and it does state to change the tranny fluid at 100K miles. Lifetime or not it is written in there, but im sure this debate will rage on. Im not even sure I would do it.
