Talking *SOLD* Intrax Control Module (Ride Height Override)

Hi all,

For sale here is my Intrax Module for the 4.4i or 4.8is. I paid 900 from summitracing. I would be willing to let it go for 600. It is in perfect working condition.
Also here is the manual. http://www.dvs-one.com/4sale/ICM-20.6.103.pdf

"Control your ride with Intrax.

These Intrax electronic ICM ride control modules are a good way to lower your air suspension equipped vehicle. These ICM modules will hold your lowered desired height at any level or up to 45 mph before returning to the factory ride height. These kits include the module, a wiring harness, a scotch lock, and instructions."

Intrax Control Module

Using this module gave me this ride height

Maybe your price is a little high for some people.

Sorry if i didnt clarify but the unit gives you 3 settings
1.OEM settings
2.Raise speed limit to 45mph instead of OEM 25mph
3.Allow ride height to stay at any speed

was pretty easy just remove the glovebox and wire it in to the harness. took me about 30 minutes. to control it there is a switch on the unit for the setting you want, then you just choose your ride height if your x has the ride height option.

Wait so when you install this you have the opition of raising and lowering your X5?

Where is the button to raise and lower?

Does it work on 01 X5 4.4i??

Intrax Suspension Electronic ICM Ride Control Modules - SummitRacing.com - it in fact only works up to 45mph.

Also, I thought my 4.4 only has rear air, so how do I confirm if it has front air also? You've never mentioned if you still have the button to control the ride height, all you've shown is the module itself.

If you have the ride height adjustment option, you will see a 3 position switch just to the left of the steering column on the dash. Also take a look in your front wheel well and see if you have coil springs. If you do, you don't have the adjustable ride height option. The air suspension has no springs, front or rear, just the air bag strut assemblies.

Not sure about the 45 mph threshold.
