ambishop, which splash-screen logo have you put into the toggle-3d-version?

standard of course. ~;-) You can do anything you want with that file. It is just setup for perspective mode using the v26 code

Had a good play with the toggle 3d update - it's very very useful. Have shown it to both BMW nav owners and non-BMW nav 'other nav' users who are also a) keen to get and b) jealous!!

One feeling expressed - and this isn't in any way a criticism but may make the user interface more useable (if this is possible) would be to:

Keep the original Menu tags for Pointing North and Travel Direction. Then (if possible) put the 3d perspective function for each mode behind that menu item, so for example selecting Pointing North would toggle between the 2D and 3D Pointing North mode, and selecting Travel Direction would toggle between 2D and 3D Travel Direction.

Comments from friends were that it wasn't always easy to determine quickly what mode you were in or were going to be in - but if the structure above were possible, then you knew if you selected Pointing North you would get either 2D or 3D North with each press.

Not being in any shape or form a programmer, I don't know if this is possible within the realms of the facilities currently being exploited. If it were, I feel it would make the interface more intuative and also more 'hidden' from any inquisitive BMW Service reps etc.

Keep up the excellent work.

Mark.
