UPDATED: What's wrong with this picture? (Pics of scratch)

Took my X to the dealer today for my Inspection II. My SA told me to call BMWNA and complain about the dead pixels in the instrument panel. I did, they replaced it. So take a look at this picture and tell me what is wrong.

First one to guess correctly gets a prize!

(Vig--you can't play because you already know!)

Inspection II

Well let me be the first one to guess wrong. How did you get Inspection II at 54K+ miles? I thought it was set at 60K?

I think you won the prize. I cheated and looked at her X page.

Michelle: Sorry but you're SOL and I wouldn't make a fuss over it to your dealer who could say that you voided your warranty for busting the cluster open. It would become a cluster of a different sort. I would just order another set and call it good. The tech probably didn't even notice the chrome rings and if you had alerted them to remove them for re-use they would have probably told you to pound sand.

Or ask where your cluster is, because isn't it yours to start with?

Rings it is! I could tell before even I read the post. I was like, what happened to her gauge rings?

Although I didn't cheat and look at her web page, I have to admit, I was half joking. Now that you mention it, I do remember Michelle getting the trim rings... Regardless, I'll take the prize if, in fact, I guessed right!
