I hate how these comparisons have the X5 (which came out in 2000) Vs cars that have been released in 2005, clearly BMW is the benchmark for competitors when they release their vehicles. The X5 interior is the same since 2000, with the exception of some minor changes its pretty much the same. Why don't they compare a 2000 Range Rover and a 2000 ML? the X5 is light years ahead in all categories.
